STRATEGIC PLANNING MANAGER (m/w)

Our Client is one of the largest FMCG companies operating worldwide. Due to a further growth and development in Poland they are seeking to recruit the position of the Strategic Planning Manager to be base in Warsaw. The successful candidate will support the development of strategic direction and business opportunities.

-Develop and recommend potential strategic business opportunities
-Conduct market investigations, research and analyses to support business strategy development across the commercial functions
-Provide deep analytical inputs to key strategic projects in commercial functions
-Lead business performance monitoring and management through analysis of performance data and management of strategic scorecards
-Manage reporting on results of performance analysis to the commercial function and Management Board
-Support reporting of business performance to external stakeholders
-Support co-ordination of the annual Strategic Planning Process

-Minimum 3 years of experience gained in either strategic consulting, an operational role in a related industry with strategic input or from a role in business development
-University graduate with good financial acumen
-Experience in the design of transformation / change programmes
-Strategic thinker able to shape and solve problems using a fact-based approach
-Fluent verbal and written English
-Team player, with the ability to manage and motivate both upwards and downwards
