STRATEGY CONSULTANT (m/w)

For our Client, an one of the major and international company specializing in Real Estate sector, due to a further growth we are seeking a person for the newly created position of a Strategy Consultant. The main purpose of the position is to be the CEO advisor.

-Review documents, agreements according to the company policy
-Take part during negotiations with banks in order to gain financing
-Create and conduct presentations for its customers
-Manage contract negotiations
-Prepare of financial, sales and development strategy
-Manage market intelligence research, including competitor analysis

-University degree in finance / economics
-At least 2 years of experience in "Big 4"/ Strategy Consulting or in an international corporation
-Highly commercial approach and understanding of finance
-Creative and unconventional thinking
- Driver of new initiatives
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
