REGIONAL BUSINESS PLANNING & ANALYSIS MANAGER (m/w)

Our Client, one of the most significant multinationals successfully operating and growing in Poland is seeking to recruit to its headquarters in Warsaw a highly professional Regional Business Planning & Analysis Manager to support company development.

- Providing accurate and timely financial analysis covering month-end, management reporting, budget and forecast to the business
- Create and drive financial planning as well as the company's business and profitability analysis
- Analyse and monitor the effect of budget changes on the business unit productivity
- Supporting the sales and consumer marketing teams with evaluation of financial reports, and assisting with queries
- Create market models and analysis for various products and therapy areas
- Undertaking cost/benefit analysis to evaluate and support the commercial teams
- Providing data support within the subsidiary (IT & basic infrastructure) as well as business projects
- Supporting the sales and consumer marketing teams with evaluation of new financial reports, and assisting with business queries
- Participate in corporate strategic planning decisions
- Initiate efficiencies and cost savings opportunities

- Requires experience in a related area, minimum of 6 years equivalent field experience
- Experience of financial / management accounting in a commercial environment
- Working in a business support function within an complex business structures
- Strong intellect combined with good commercial and analytical skills
- Leadership skills and commercial attitude
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Working under time pressure
- Fluency in English is a must
