BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (m/w)

Our Client, an international leader in its industry, has decided to strengthen its organisation in Poland and recruit for the position of Business Development Manager. The suitable candidate on this post will be responsible for development and maintenance of the company's position, focusing on premium goods packaging in Poland.

- Develop new sales of high quality packaging and labels within the sector of branded goods
- Develop and deliver sales budget combined with dynamic pursuance of direct sales and marketing opportunities in Poland
- Understand and fulfill key client requirements and initiatives, especially with regard to the key multinational companies
- Advise senior management of any particular, strategic implications, plans and market developing movements
- Monitor of sales and marketing activity of the dedicated group of products in Poland

- Master degree in economics or other business discipline
- Min. 5 years of sales experience with proven results in a packaging products in FMCG area
- Natural talents to influence, negotiate, sell and maintain positive relationships with major clients.
- Independent, goal-driven and flexible team player, with open and outgoing personality
- Very good organizational, presentation, planning and communication skills
- Fluency in oral and written English and Polish.
