Business Analysis and Development Specialist / Manager

The candidate will report to the Marketing Director and will be a part of a Projects Team responsible for implementing all projects in terms of development of new products and services.
The candidate will be in charge of the proper conduct of those projects and the fulfillment of the following tasks:
- Strategy: participation in defining development priorities, market analysis and the pursuit of group synergy;
- Analysis of marketing, commercial and technical feasibility;
- Finances: financial analysis of specific projects, business planning, activity modeling and developing impact scenarios affecting valorization and financing;
- Cross-section coordination of the activities of various entities (legal and financial consulting, operating techniques, marketing, research, channels and programs);
- Negotiating and managing contracts with business partners.
Oczekiwania:
- M/W, degree from a School of Economics or Technical University (engineering school);
- Experience in corporate finance (mergers and take-overs) or strategy;
- Familiarity with opportunity-research methodology and financial modeling (business plans, scenarios, valorization);
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data;
- Special interest in media or new technologies as well as in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe;
- Excellent communication skills, the power of persuasion and the ability of clear and concise articulation; good understanding of project environment and its requirements; well-developed skills in cooperating with numerous, mutually remote partners;
- Facility of establishing contacts and versatility in the face of changing requirements;
- Fluency in English and Russian.
