AP/AR/GL ACCOUNANT WITH ENGLISH AND GERMAN (m/w)

Our client is a multinational consulting company. Due to its further development, we are looking for talented candidates for the positions of AR/AP/GL Accountants for their newly established shared service center in Wrocław. Ideal candidates will be fluent both in English and German languages and focused on development in various aspects of accounting and finance.

For the AP position:
- Responsible for cost postings and cost classification
- Reconciliation of cost accounts during the month-end closing procedures
- Explanation of payment differences
- Preparation of payment process
- Creation of reports on efficiency of the whole process


For the AR position:
- Responsible for posting of customer payments
- Responsible for posting of customer bonuses
- Explaining of payment differences
- Monthly reconciliation of customer accounts


For GL position:
- Maintenance of the integrity and accuracy of transaction recording (journals, adjustments, allocations, I/Co operations) on a daily basis,
- Assistance in periodic closing of the statutory books for the serviced subsidiary in accordance with the period end schedule,
- Taking part in creation and issuance of related Financial Statements after any appropriate eliminations or consolidations, together with the provision of selected government information
- The reconciliation of closings between different ERP system modules with Banks and between sets of books where appropriate,

On top of that involvement in constant process optimization and improvement.

- University degree in accounting, finance, economics or last years of studies
- Excellent command of English and German
- Experience in accounting and finance in an international and multicultural environment will be an asset
- Effective communication, evaluation and problem solving skills
- Good command of MS Office
