FORECASTING CONTROLLER (m/w)

Our Client is one of the leading companies in the Pharmacy sector. For its Polish entity based in Warsaw, we are seeking to recruit for the position of the Forecasting Controller. Successful candidate will report directly to the Controlling Director.

Forecasting:
- Co-ordinate and lead sales forecasting process, estimate trends for total market, molecules and products.
- Coordinate sales planning of business units to improve sales forecast accuracy
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis covering sales forecasting, risk and opportunities analysis, variance analysis
- Participate in strategic sales planning processes

Pricing
- Coordinate pricing committee, including competitors pricing strategies, reimbursement list changes and pricing scenarios development
- Responsible for periodic portfolio and market price based analysis

Marketing insights:
-Produce post evaluation for key promotional activities, with cause and effect analysis and optimization proposal
Support business units in preparation of business cases regarding price strategy (incl. price elasticity scenarios)

-Requires experience in a related area, 5 years equivalent field experience preferably in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry with 2 years in senior analysts / junior manager role

-Experience of financial / management accounting in a commercial environment
-Working in a business support function within a large/medium sized business
-Working under time pressure
-Communicates clearly and effectively, is able to influence
-Effective planning and organizational skills
-Pro-active and self-starter
-Ability to use own initiative
-Fluency in Polish & English
