Our Client, an International Manufacturing Organization, is looking for talented individuals for the position of:
 
Customer Service Specialist (Czech Language)
 
Location: Warsaw
Ref. no.:  CSC/1005590

Responsibilities:

• Receives customer purchase orders and prepares delivery confirmations
• Placing orders into the system
• Keeping client's delivery schedule
• Take and handle claims in accordance with order processing
• Correct and timely processing financial data
• Initiating corrective actions for invoice adjustment
• Create and maintain Credit Notes and Return orders
• Cooperation with Distribution Centre and logistics operators
• Daily contact with clients and company's internal departments

Requirements:
 

• Fluency in English and Czech (it is a MUST)
• Knowledge of Hungarian language will be an advantage
• Around 2 years experience in a customer service or export/logistics department
• University degree
• Positive customer focus attitude and passion for working with customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Self confident and ready to face challenges
• Positive-thinking, with initiative
• A good team member
• Good knowledge in MS-Office Applications
