Opis stanowiska
Euromonitor International – Eastern Europe seeks a Research Analyst to work on a full time basis from a Vilnius office (Lithuania) reporting on consumer goods markets in Poland. Reporting to the Research Manager and working closely with the other members of the Research Team, key responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the research to ensure the highest possible quality of output
- Recruiting, training and developing field-based research team
- Developing close contacts across FMCG industries to ensure a strong depth and breadth of insight into market performance and trends
- Primary and secondary research, data calculations and report writing
- Responding to both in-house and client queries
- Assessing and improving overall product quality
Wymagania
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of FMCG markets and socio-economic development in Poland
- Native speaker of Polish language as well as excellent command of both written and spoken English (command of additional Eastern European language would be an advantage)
A strong background in economics, marketing, and/or market research is desirable, but not essential. - High numeracy and analytical skills, with an ability to interpret, analyse and present statistics in an interesting way
The ability to work both independently and in team, ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines - Organizational and multitasking skills in order to structure the workload in the best possible way

- Self-motivating strong individual, able to relocate to foreign country-Lithuania; minimum 2-year commitment is required
- Due to the relocation to Vilnius-Lithuania a candidate must be able to demonstrate desire to live abroad and to develop him/her self in an international environment-this is an excellent opportunity for individual seeking international career in fast-growing multinational environment
