Opis stanowiska:
- Leading and managing the Leasing Department within the new organization structure - Being responsible for leasing strategy related to new projects - Negotiating business and lease agreements - Building up of a good relationship with all tenants - Giving support and training to the leasing team - Cooperating with real estate agencies - Cooperating with and supporting of all other departments within the company Wymagania:
- Master degree (MBA preferable) - Strong experience in leasing processes - Deep knowledge of the retail market - Proven track record of performance/good results - Experience in working in international environment - Strong leadership skills - Strong negotiation skills - Fluent in English Forma kontaktu:
