HEAD OF LEASING (m/w)

Our client Inter IKEA Centre Group was established in 2001 and specializes in long-term retail development. The company manages over 800,000m2 of retail space in 6 countries and will be doubling its size during the next few years. Due to fast development in Poland, the company is searching for a candidate for the position of the Head of Leasing.

- Leading and managing the Leasing Department within the new organization structure
- Being responsible for leasing strategy related to new projects
- Negotiating business and lease agreements
- Building up of a good relationship with all tenants
- Giving support and training to the leasing team
- Cooperating with real estate agencies
- Cooperating with and supporting of all other departments within the company

- Master degree (MBA preferable)
- Strong experience in leasing processes
- Deep knowledge of the retail market
- Proven track record of performance/good results
- Experience in working in international environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
