As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing requesrts send by users via emails, phone calls etc.
• Support external clients in basic IT problems.
• Log every support request in the ticketing system.
• Informing customers about problem status.
• Managing and  reporting resolved problem.

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish and English is must.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Great inter-personal skills
