Wymagania:

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

Analyzing requesrts send by users via emails, phone calls etc.
Support external clients in basic IT problems.
Log every support request in the ticketing system.
Informing customers about problem status.
Managing and reporting resolved problem.

Requirements:

Fluent Danish and English is must.
Excellent IT skills.
Great inter-personal skills
