For our Client - international Business Process Outsourcing Company we are currently looking for experienced professionals on the position of:

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Direct payroll input into Oracle (appropriate payroll system),
• Dealing with employee queries via email / telephone / mail,
• Processing statutory documentation from third party providers e.g HMRC, courts etc.,
• Using all Tools to full potential ensuring accuracy / timeliness of payroll processes where appropriate,
• Adhoc payroll duties as required,
• Preparation of BACS files for authorization process,
• Assisting in collating payroll information for various reconciliations,
• Assisting & calculating when required Leavers overpayment process,
• Ensure quality standards are adhered to in all areas of work,
• Liaison with client as necessary with any payroll related queries / processes,
• Comply with all Health & Safety requirements and promote a safe working environment,
• Ability to update & create new SOPS as and when required,
• Ability to participate & assist in end of year processes,
• Assist in Project work including User Acceptance testing.

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Approx. 2 years of experience in UK Payroll,
• Experience in international/outsourcing environment,
• Excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills,
• Strong problem solving and decisions making skills,
• Assertiveness and stress resistance,
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize,
• University degree,
• Fluent English,
• Spotless record and strong ethos,
