Position Description: The role of Manager of Personnel is to work closely with Practice Leaders and Executive Management in support of all Human Resource related issues including: recruiting, on boarding, employee care and termination.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for oversight of day to day functions of team including employee relations, benefits, payroll, recruiting, performance evaluations, compensation and terminations.
• Provide direction to the team and act as a liaison with senior management and practice leaders.
• Serve as key resource for human resource information and assists with the development and interpretation of local as well as corporate policies and procedures.
• Source and recruit quality candidates nationally within company practices who will suit the long term goals of the company.
• Work closely with management team to determine future staffing needs and manage attrition.
• Oversee and perform mandatory compliance reviews.
• Conduct exit interviews and final benefit reviews.
Requirements: We are looking for a person with Shared Service / BPO experience, IT company experience will be also a plus. 5-8 years of Human Resources experience is a must. Languages fluent: English, Polish.
