Opis stanowiska

• Design review.
• Cost and value engineering review.
• Contract management.
• Maintain records and produce regular detailed reports on progress, quality matters and cost control.
• To liase with contractor, developer, designers and potential clients.
• Support the Finance Director in financial data entry and reporting.
• Support the Property Manager.
• Implementation of budgets.
• Some travel mainly within Poland will be required

Wymagania

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with refurbishment experience an advantage.
• Qualification in project management, engineering or general construction.
• Have good experience of supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, English and Polish are a necessity.
• Be able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good reporting skills.
• Knowledge of the local market would be an advantage.
