Opis stanowiska
You will provide service and advice to customers and on technical issues in an effective, friendly and approachable manner, meeting customer expectations at all times. As a German Technical Support Agent you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and friendly manner
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to the configuration and use of products
- When required, handle customer requests in written form, such as email, letters, fax while providing a positive customer experience at all times
Wymagania
As an ideal candidate you should:- be fluent German and very good in English
- be customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated.
- have excellent customer service, telephone, oral and written skills.
- be analytical with IT and good trouble shooting skills
- have excellent knowledge of software and hardware and Windows systems
- have personal interested in IT and internet applications
- some helpdesk experience would be an advantage
