For our Client – international business process outsourcing company, we are currently looking for experienced professionals on the position of Senior Finance Transition Manager.

Working on the position you will be responsible for managing the process migration of financial processes from different European locations, identification and scheduling project deliverables and milestones, review of project proposals to determine timeframes, Key Performance Indicators, procedures, staffing requirements and allocation of resources. You will be focal point between Shared Service operations team and stakeholders. Moreover you will be responsible for all deliverables related to process migration.
In order to be successful in the role you will have experience in independent process transition and project management. Finance and Accounting background is a must, as well as excellent command of English and very good interpersonal and communication skills. What is more, you need to be effective people manager with a few years of proven track of team management. You will be required to travel on regular basis to Clients and other delivery centres.
