PARTS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (m/w)

Our Client, TB Truck & Trailer Serwis, authorized DAF Service Dealer™, DAF Trucks Sales Dealer™, DAF Bus and Coach Service Dealer™, is the company specializing in sales and service of new and used trucks and trailers. The company also specializes in sales of spare parts for DAF trucks and all other truck and trailer brands. Due to extensive growth and business development strategies our Client is currently looking for a suitable person to fulfill the position of Parts Development Manager.

- Researching and building the spare parts sales network within dedicated region
- Managing and expanding the sales team in order to match sales targets
- Constantly cooperating with other divisions within the organisation
- Implementing new products in order to expand the products portfolio
- Finding new products manufacturers and distributors

- University degree (preferably in technical field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience at managerial position in automotive industry
- Experience in business development, new product line startups and building distributors network
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts and components, trucks, trailers and other commercial vehicles
- Creativity, independency, motivation for success and ability to generate strategic plans
- Fluent Polish and English
