As a German speaking Technical Support Agent you will be trained and educated on latest IT products and services
You will respond to all phone and email queries, providing technical advice and information as well as problem solution.

Candidate requirements

Are fluent in German and good English
Have interest in Customer Support
Excellent software and hardware knowledge
Personal interest in IT and internet application an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Windows systems
Previous Helpdesk experience an advantage
