As a Software Development Manager, you not only place great emphasis on clean software architecture, managing & empowering the team but also on providing professional consulting to our customers.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your studies in computer science
- You need to have at least 2 -3 years of experience in a similar role
- You are familiar with at least two modern programming languages / development environments (e.g. C # / C, Java)
- You ideally have hands-on experience with relational database systems and / or ERP systems
- Varying customer needs are a challenge that you are willing to tackle and implement technically
- You present a good understanding of business processes that helps you capture complex customer requirements
- Your personal strengths: team and customer orientation, analytical skills and the ability to act in a structured and result-oriented manner
- Your language skills in English enable communication if needed
