Requirements:
- University Degree (preferably: Mathematics or Statistics or Economics or IT)
- 2 – 3 years of professional experience on similar position
- Certification in Automation/Analytics is an added advantage
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (VBA will be an asset)
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript will be an asset
- Good command of English or/and German, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:
- Retrieves financial and traffic figures from different EDP systems (DataWarehouse,Cognos, Phoenix, Obelisk, SIRAX) and processes them (mostly using MS Excel functions) to receive required figures’ structure
- Prepare reports – presenting figures in financial categories according to agreed layout and cost center hierarchy
- Prepares routine documents for providers/customers out of the system (e.g. postings per cost center/cost account within SAP structure)
- Distributes reports via e-mails to the respective finance and sales departments / internal customers as definied in the report distribution mechanism
- Publishes reports on the LH internal pages
- Make sure that in his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regards to timeliness and accuracy of the presented figures in maintained
- Contacts directly with customers, data providers – independently handles incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal.
- Implements customer requested changes in the reports
- Performs KPI quality check
- Creates and updates manuals on a daily basis
- Leading & driving efficiency and improvements in the Reporting Processes
- Back – up Team Coordinators/Leaders and manage work distribution with-in the team
- Technical support in terms of writing scripts/macros, building reporting solutions, customizing of SharePoint sites etc.
- Specialist is also expected to act as an expert towards customers advising them about technical solutions that can optimize/automate processes/work
- Drives projects (e.g. automations, migrations)
- Conduct trainings (as required)
