In regard to further development of one of our Clients we are currently seeking Candidates for a position of: Sr Manager, Credit Management EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa)
We are strengthening regional Finance EMEA organization. The regional finance is responsible for the Credit Policy execution and implementation of related processes and practices. The location is preferably Gdansk.
The main responsibility will include the following (but not limited to):
- Leading the regional Credit Management team & regional execution of credit policy
- Managing of the credit risk position of the customers Analyzing of customer financial position, credit rating
Follow-up of customers payment behavior
Credit limit definition
Overdue follow up
Daily decision making
- Participation in the Credit Committee meetings
- Credit Management reporting
- Collaboration & networking with the segments
- Development of EMEA level credit management process
- Participation in the development of the global credit management process
- Involvement in projects
To perform successfully in this role:
- Preferably a degree in Finance/Accounting
- Few years of relevant experience
- Experience in SAP R/3 and knowledge over its functionalities
- Experience in Business Warehouse (BW)
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
- Cooperative and pro-active attitude
- Ability to travel
- Fluent in written and spoken English, other language skills are seen as an advantage
