SSC Finance Manager
LOCATION: Gdynia
Responsibilities:
- Leading the finance & accounting SSC team, including supervision and optimization of team performance.
- Ensuring timely and aligned processing of F&A tasks, including compliance with standard operating procedures (SoPs).
- Managing month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Supervising financial and KPI reporting.
- Solving operational issues.
- Identifying and supporting process improvement opportunities.
- Customer relations management, ensuring professional communication with key internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
a) Qualifications & competences:
- At least 3 years of experience in F&A managerial role.
- Previous SSC/BPO experience.
- Experience in change management & process improvements.
- Experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
- University degree in accountancy & finance or related.
- Practice in solving complex financial processing issues.
