SSC HR Manager

Requirements:
- University Degree in human resources management or related subject
- Professional experience of 10 years in various HR functions out of which preferably 5 years of leadership experience in business services sector, in a matrix structured environment
- Very good knowledge of polish labour law and government acts
- Result orientation and strong capabilities to resolve both structured and unstructured problems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in international environment on a different levels in organisation
- Must be fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken), German knowledge will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- In alignment with the centre and functional HR direction, establish vision, embed strategy and operational execution while implementing HR agenda
- Consult, counsel and guide leadership on all employee issues including disciplinary issues, selection, employee development, retention, talent management, benefits offerings, compensation philosophy, induction, payroll and organizational development needs
- Design, develop and review core HR policies to ensure compliance with employment law and employee relations, establish effective relationship with employee representatives
- Lead initiatives to attract the best talent, analyse business staffing needs and market development, plan sourcing methods, warrant effective selection and on-boarding process, define and implement employer branding strategy
- Analyse development needs, creates L&D plans and solutions, ensure that business drivers are reflected in the learning strategy
- Manage the company performance & talent management process, ensure its effectiveness
- Foster high engagement and retention rates, monitor employee satisfaction level and market developments, define and implement appropriate retention measures
- Oversee HR data administration & maintenance of all employment related documentation
- Warrant effective functioning of the office facilities, coordinate suppliers
- Oversee the budget of own function and staff related costs of SSC
