For our Client, a Danish, international industrial group, which operates in several countries worldwide, we are looking for experienced Candidate to take the position of Supply Chain Manager.
Scope of responsibilities:
-ensure optimized supply chain procedures in the new factory;
-best possible utilization of the ERP system within supply chain;
-develop the necessary organization and competences;
-implementation of KPIs for supply chain and ensure continuous improvement of performance;
-best possible utilization of the production capacity;
-ensure high level of customer service and on-time deliveries;
-ongoing optimization of supply chain costs and stock levels;
-The candidate must be willing to relocate to Nanjing, China for a period of 2-3 years.
Requirements:
-A master degree in engineering or supply chain management;
-Minimum 5 years of working experience from areas of supply chain and production;
-Working experience from a multicultural environment;
-Experience with use of lean principles for optimization of supply chain and manufacturing;
-Six sigma green or black belt certificate;
-Experience with setup and use of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 or newer versions);
-Able to communicate fluently in English both written and spoken;
-Ability to take initiatives and defend them efficiently so that they can be implemented;
-High personal drive and ability to work on your own initiative.
