For our Client, international organization, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Support Assistant with English (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Handling with clients’ requests and queries via phone and e-mail
- Providing timely solution of reported problems
- Registration and classification of customers’ queries
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Very good knowledge of other European Language
- Communication skills
- Experience is not required – the client provides full introduction trainings
- Ability to work at afternoon and night shifts
