For one of our clients, an international outsourcing company we are currently looking for Czech speakers to join their Client Service Team.

Working on this position you will be responsible for providing 1st line support to users, via phone and e-mail. Scope of your duties will also include conducting initial troubleshooting of workstation, applications and network issues

We are looking for candidates with fluent Czech skills (C1 level) and communicative knowledge of English. We are open for people without experience in the IT field, who want to develop in customer service, and are able to work shifts ( approximately 7 night shifts per month).
