L3 support of the service. Training of L2 support, ensuring that as many incidents as possible can be resolved at that level
Training and consultancy for the user community, ensuring that users derive the maximum possible benefit from the service and do not impact negatively on one another
Trend analysis and forecasting of service performance and usage
Communicating frequently on all aspects of the service to many audiences (team, management, steering committees, user groups, etc.)
Deep, technical knowledge of both Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server from an administrative and a consultative standpoint. Certified Professional qualification in both Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A service-oriented approach with an emphasis on customer experience
Strong inter-personal and communication skills, including the ability to chair user groups, make presentations to customers and interact positively with senior management
