For our Client,  an international financial institution we are looking for experienced candidates on the position of Tax Specialist.
Location: Warsaw

Key tasks on the position: CIT and VAT monthly calculation and declarations; tax related projects (transfer pricing, VAT coefficient etc.); participation/coordination in month-end accounting activities; cooperation with company's local auditors and cooperation in preparation of company financial statements; communication and coordination of company tax advisors and leading tax projects undertaken by the company; reviewing of current accounting requirements and implementing improvements where necessary; creating and implementing new procedures; ad hoc queries and tasks.

We require: degree in finance or accounting, at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting / financial reporting is a must. Degree in taxes will be and advantage. Candidate must be experienced in accounting and also in taxes. This person should understand corporate taxes (cit, vat, transfer pricing) and have prove in business practice; have experience with tax authorities, regulators, and tax advisors; analitical skills is a must, proven knowledge and practical understanding of Polish Financial Standards and general understanding of IFRS is needed; We're looking for a person who has very good written and spoken knowledge of English; is a good communicator, team player and is independent.
