Team Lead SAP SCM

Opis stanowiska:
For our client, international well-established manufacturing company, we are currently looking for candidates interested in Team Lead SAP SCM position at a new Excellence Center in Poland (Warsaw).
You will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:
- Lead and coach the international Supply Chain Management team which consists of 11 internal SAP
consultants (modules: MM, PP, LE, LO, WM and QM) in order to deliver roll-ins and template enhancement
projects. Your team is located in Switzerland and Poland / Warsaw. Within this responsibility you and your
team will – together with the Process Experts – design and deliver solutions which are further strengthening the
global template in order to fulfill the business requirements.
- Be a strong partner for our Supply Chain Stakeholders as well as for the Program Management Team. Enable
your team to deliver the various projects according to the overall methodology and timeline. You keep all your
stakeholders well-informed about the progress of the various template improvements, enhancements and rollins.
- Your team provides also 3rd level support. Therefore you will very closely interact with the Application
Management organization.

Wymagania:
We are looking for an experienced Manager with strong people management and organizing skills as well as
profound SAP SCM Business Process understanding.
- You have strong leadership skills and enjoy managing, coaching and developing people; your skills were
already proven in a similar managerial position
- Your strong presentation and communication skills (in English) make you a reliable partner for all
stakeholders, including Senior Management
- You are able to translate business requirements into functional and technical SCM terminology and vice versa
- You have strong Project Management skills and focus on milestones and timelines
- You have ideally more than 7 years of professional experience with SAP SCM and you gained experience in a
leading role in international SAP implementation projects
-Communicative team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude
-Excellent English skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages are a plus
-Ability to work in a global environment (cultural awareness)
-Ability to work in a fast moving environment
