For Our Client, an international company, we are currently recruiting for a position of Team Leader in AP Department.
While working on this position you be managing the performance of the team, mapping and preparing documentation of AP processes, prioritizing of team workloads as well as handling client communication and escalations. As a Team Leader you will also train new employees, monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improving process efficiency.
To be
successful on this position you need to hold at least
2 years of professional experience in the Purchase to Pay cycle gained in an international organization, while working as supervisor or team leader. Fluency in
English and very good
IT skills are required. Good command of other European language would be considered as an asset. Moreover, the Candidate should hold
previous experience in transitioning work to new locations (especially knowledge transfer). Ideal candidate should have excellent change management skills.
