Team Leader (Financial Analyses & Decision Support)

Job Description
- Regular production of Board / Management regular and ad-hoc reporting for Executive committees
- Providing financial insight across products and initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, client strategies, business performance monitoring
- Coordinating, coaching and supervising a team of three Analysts
- Actively working with Finance Business Partners and Business Managers to determine required data inputs of projects and initiatives, using expertise to optimise produced insights
- Actively managing relationships with Business Partners and Financial Control to ensure that reporting requirements (both regular and ad hoc) are delivered on time and accurate
- Regularly managing delivery of ad hoc projects based on prioritised customer needs from both business partner and commercial/distribution managers
- Min. 4 years of practical experience in financial analyses/management reporting area (preferably in financial institution)
- Experience in people management
- University degree in Finance/Accounting and understanding of financial markets
- Strong understanding of processes in banking
- Fluent English skills
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word
- Knowledge of VBA, Business Intelligence tools – would be advantage
