For our client, a newly opened HR Shared Service Centre in Poznań, we are currently looking for candidates for an HR Processing Team Leader position with very good level of communication in (English&Dutch or English&German)
Your new role: you will be responsible for leading the HR Administration Processing Team. Your daily activities will include directing and allocating work to HR Processing Specialists, as well as monitoring and evaluating the overall performance of the processing centre. Furthermore, you will ensure that HR Service Delivery business processes are completed. You will be overseeing the development, implementation and administration of electronic records and information management systems and tools.
What you'll need to succeed: Very good level of communication in (English&Dutch or English&German) are essential. We are looking for a candidate with a University degree in Business, HR or a related field. You should have 5+ years of experience with paper and electronic document and records management systems, tools and practices. 2+ years of experience in leading people is preferred. HR Administration experience will be an asset.
