Your role
Are you an experienced Team Leader? Do you want to help establish a presence for a COO function of business division Wealth Management in Wroclaw and be the local manager for that new team? Are you interested in business risk management and regulatory project implementation topics? We are looking for someone like that to:
- supervise, effectively manage and develop the local, multi-functional team as well as daily operational business
- liaise, collaborate and co-ordinate with the team-members’ respective line managers in Switzerland
- plan and allocate the necessary resources (deployment, training and development) and prioritize and coordinate the work of the team members within the boundaries defined by and agreed line management in Switzerland
- support, guide, motivate and coach the team/team-members to develop a constructive mind-set in a culture of integrity, collaboration and challenge to achieve objectives and performance goals
- ensure all activities are in compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures including human resources policies
- closely collaborate with business partners abroad, facilitating remote and cross-cultural collaboration
Your team
You’ll be working in the newly built, multi-functional team for Wealth Management BR&RM (WM Business Risk & Regulatory Management) in Wroclaw. WM BR&RM provides best in class, effective and efficient risk management support, regulatory implementation and defined front office mandates which enable business division Wealth Management to deliver on its client promise/value proposition.

Your experience and skills
You have:
- a degree in economics, finance or similar discipline
- experience in operational risk in financial industry
- 2-5 years of experience in similar leadership position
- proven ability to build/lead a team and motivate, coach and constructively challenge team members
- strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various business partners abroad
- excellent skills in written and spoken English, German considered as an additional asset

- ambitious, a leader with a can-do attitude and a positive and constructive mind-set
- collaborative with strong ability to motivate others and integrate new colleagues
- willing to go the extra-mile and able to work under pressure
- open minded and a very good communicator with strong interpersonal skill
