Position purpose
The jobholder will manage the respective team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive service to the Client, within agreed SLAs. The role purpose also includes management of day to day team’s issues and escalations, as well as building a supportive atmosphere and continuous work on efficiency improvement.
Main accountabilities
- Handle regular communication with the Clients’ counterparts
- Build relationship with Client for the future delivery and deliver service in accordance with his needs and expectations
- Supervise the team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to our Client with agreed SLA’s
- Build the positive and supportive team culture and help team to improve efficiency
- Manage day to day team’s issues, flag and mitigate them and manage escalations
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant processes and procedures
- Continually seek out ways to improve Client’s satisfaction
- Keep all required process documentation up to date (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Participate in preparing the HR related reports
- Participate/coordinate HR projects both local and global
- Analyze the related management reports to observe trends and introduce improvements
- Manage processes according to Capgemini methodology
Requirements
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Fluent French on B2 or above
- Experience in leading teams
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Very good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong problem solving skills
