For our Client international medical company we are looking for:
Team Leader with Spanish and English
Responsibilities:
- Manage the team responsible for order process managment
- Keep track and pushing the development of team members to ensure high level of motivation and low attrition rate
Providing cross-country and cross-business support
- Understand and continuously monitor business processes in Customer Service operations area, provide management with advice and a service regarding the improvement.
- Develop value added customer service related solutions, based on understanding of the critical customer service requirements of individual customers
- Follow-up the customer service operations performance standards and assist the management to the set-up standards/goals of performance in the operations.
- Carry out performance reviews

Wymagania:
- min. 2-3 (ideally 4-5) years of experience in CS&L team, preferred in CS area
- Excellent English and Spanish or Portugese skills
- University degree (preferred: economy, management or related),
- Experience of working in multicultural SSC environment is an advantage.
- Project management experience.
- Possess people management skills.
- Team player, eager to help others.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Mature, costumer focus and result oriented.
- Ability to cope with stressful situation.
- Excellent English and Spanish or Portugese skills
- University degree (preferred: economy, management or related),
- Experience of working in multicultural SSC environment is an advantage.
