Job Description
- Providing daily supervision and management of Support Professionals on assigned team
- Ensure that services are delivered in accordance to agreements and KPI
- Leading Support Professionals, fostering their professional development and growth via effective coaching and communication and promoting teamwork and cooperation
- Implementation and execution of all required processes
- Delivering KPI targets set by the client
- Monitoring financial and quality performance of the team
- Preparation of the reports (Reporting to Operations Manager)
- University degree
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Team Leader/Manager/Coordinator
- Experience in coordinating Customer Support Advisors in IT company (will be an asset)
- Very good command of German and English language (spoken and written) is a must
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to relocate to Lublin
- Organizational skills
