What You'll Do:
- provide enterprise level 2 and 3 technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required for the Cisco Asset managment platform and products
- take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution and research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- ensure proper recording and closure of all issues, prepare accurate and timely reports and Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles"
Our minimum requirements for this role:
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Expirienced knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting.
- You have proven working experience in enterprise technical support.
- Expirience in writing javascript/python/batch/Shell scripts
- Good knowledge about protocols like WMI, WinRM, SNMP, IPMI, ModbusTCP, BacNet
