Test Lead

Responsibilites
- On behalf of their Derivatives Regulatory Reforms (DRR) works closely with Business & IT partners to interpret Business & IT requirements
- Creates a Master Test Plan per sub-program / regulation & receives sign-off from all stakeholders for each major milestone
- Defines & secures required TM resources for all application functional changes & Front to Back (F2B) / Point to Point (P2P) tests
- Manages System Testing and coordinates User Acceptance, F2B and / or P2P testing across the bank per sub-Program
- Communicates very closely with all Test Managers and Business partners to ensure full test progress transparency for stakeholders
- Prepares for and leads daily test coordination meetings
- Raises critical defects, risks or issues to the Sub-Program Manager and QA & Testing Head
- Provides timely and accurate test progress / KPI reporting, inclusive of all open critical test defects, risks and issues
- Ensures all application Test Managers keep a full audit trail of all testing evidence per test case
- Ensures all testing tollgates are actively managed
- Sub-Program, he/she is responsible for governing test management and ensuring the overall quality of all functional deliveries per regulator
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills are required - the successful candidate will communicate across the regions
- Strong team player prepared to take responsibility for tasks, and ownership of issues
- Ideally candidates should have the ISTQB Test Manager certification
- Proven track record of managing test execution and test teams
- Ideally experience in financial sector
