Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
- 5+ years of experience in the field of QA engineering.
- Familiar with banking (preferably with Core Banking systems).
- Very good knowledge about test methodologies and processes.
- Prepare the status report of testing activities.
- Ensuring that team have the availability for the test environment and proper tools.
- Ensuring the availability of test environment and test data.
- Providing online visibility to quality of deliverables.
- Understanding and addressing testing skill gaps in teams.
- Familiarity with BDD/TDD concepts and ability to practically implement them.
- Experience with CI frameworks and source code control tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, understanding of Agile software development, methodologies and processes.
- Experience in international work environments.
- Knowledge of the following tools: HP UFT (API, UI), Selenium, HP ALM (Quality Center), JIRA.
- English is a must!
