Training Manager / Kierownik ds. Szkoleń

The Training Managerwill manage a multi-discipline training function focusing on new hire training, skills training, program knowledge, manager training, and various technical programs. This position will report directly into the Enrollment Director and will play a critical role in assisting with the execution of the training strategy for the enrollment teams.



  • Work in partnership with Enrollment management to identify, create, and implement targeted training programs to improve selling skills and program knowledge using a blended delivery method
  • Develop and deliver blended learning programs to new hires and existing Enrollment Advisors surrounding the topics of Company, Institution, Product and Technical Knowledge
  • Listen to Enrollment Advisor phone interactions with student prospects and provide feedback
  • Conduct needs assessments, and confer with management, to determine training needs and priorities
  • Build and deliver short/long-term training plans that are designed to meet Enrollment goals, including new student growth and increasing conversion rates
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness by collecting and monitoring established metrics and gathering feedback
  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure learning maximum effectiveness of training programs
  • Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain useful information and integrate information into training program
  • Contact and schedule internal and external vendors for specialized training
  • Handle all logistical arrangements, room set up, managing rosters, instructor scheduling, reporting on completion and sending reminders to participants
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to develop and facilitate training
  • Manage and drive learning management system improvements to improve global scale and efficiency
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4-5 years of professional training experience, as a Sales Trainer, Learning and Development Specialist, or a related title
  • 2-4 years of management experience in either online education or a sales environment will be an advantage
  • Experience in implementing medium to large scale change initiatives
  • Experience in launching and sustaining global training and development programs
  • Strong business and HR acumen
  • Highly focused on job priorities and customer needs
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills required (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc…)
