For our international EMA Region L&D team, we are looking for new team member for a Maternity Cover contract to join our continuously developing Training Operations team in Warsaw. The team is responsible for ensuring that KPMG continues to offer internal leading edge business development and leadership development solutions within the EMA region at the best logistic and organizational quality level. The role will focus on supporting the organisation and administration of courses within one of the EMA L&D training programmes.
- Comprehensive support of the events organization
- Source & contract venues (hotels, office/ hotel meeting rooms, restaurants), including negotiating terms & conditions
- Maintaining relationships and ensure all contracts are in place with third-party providers and that procurement reviews agreements/ contracts as required
- Communication with participants (managing registrations, cancellations, visa letters and ad hoc queries)
- Printing, collating, packing and shipping training materials
- Support in financial process coordination
- Preparing and managing a calendar of activities and email communications for all major stakeholders
- Support in KPI reporting & learning measurement
- Support in Intranet programme portal administration (Sharepoint)
- Managing functional mailbox
- A bachelor degree or equivalent
- Business fluency in English is essential for this role
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, diplomacy and self confidence in working with senior executives
- A strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential
- Ability to learn technology systems (LMS, Sharepoint, mobile phone applications)
- Ideally you will have had proven experience either in event management or supporting organization of training courses
- Willingness to travel internationally sometimes in a year

- Maternity cover contract for 14-16 months with a possibility of turning it into a permanent contract
