Teknosell is a Swedish global company delivering a brand new kind of coaching programs. As a company built on the foundation of more than thirty years of experience in training pogrammes related to sales techniques, we provide our programmes in more than 25 languages all over the world.
Currently we are looking for a person who could support one of the training
programs we are running in Finland.
Training Program Specialist with Finnish
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting international coaching programs;
- Conducting training calls in Finnish with salespeople and managers from Finland;
- Analyzing recordings of calls and assessing the respondent's performance based on a predetermined methodology;
- Maintaining good relations with programme participants;
- Solving current issues reported by training participants;
- Translating training materials from English to Finnish
- Other general programme support;
What we expect from you:
- Availability and commitment for at least 6 months and a total of 20 hours per week;
- Advanced command of Finnish (min. C1) - precondition;
- Good level of English – precondition;
- Knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word) - precondition;
- Ability to express yourself in writing;
- Experience in teaching, sales or customer service will be an advantage;
- High interpersonal skills;
- Diligence;
