programs we are running in Finland.
Training Program Specialist with Finnish
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting international coaching programs;
Conducting training calls in Finnish with salespeople and managers from Finland;
Analyzing recordings of calls and assessing the respondent's performance based on a predetermined methodology;
Maintaining good relations with programme participants;
Solving current issues reported by training participants;
Translating training materials from English to Finnish
Other general programme support;
What we expect from you:
Availability and commitment for at least 6 months and a total of 20 hours per week;
Advanced command of Finnish (min. C1) - precondition;
Good level of English – precondition;
Knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word) - precondition;
Ability to express yourself in writing;
Experience in teaching, sales or customer service will be an advantage;
High interpersonal skills;
Diligence;
