For our Client’s Shared Service Centre, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates willing to work on the position of Transformation Team Lead.  


While working on this position you will be responsible for leading a team of transformational consultants (3-4 employees) who are responsible for implementation of transformation across 3 Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R). Team Lead will be responsible for leading the overall programme as well as for one of the process towers. The Project which starts in the middle of February is based in Munich (Germany) and requires  from  the Candidate to be on site 4 days per week (availability to  travel to other European countries is required).


To be successful on this position you need to have previous professional experience in Project and Programme Management as well as in managing transformational change. Ideal Candidate must have good knowledge of all three financial processes and accounting. Excellent German and English language skills are a must. We are looking for Candidates with strong communication and analytical skills and international experience.
