Translation Projects Coordinator
Workplace: Warszawa

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring progress of translation projects
- Verifying performed scope of work
- Making sure that the work is kept within agreed deadlines
- Analyzing remaining text, searching for appropriate translator and dividing work
- Briefing the team and preparing materials
- Verifying comments in English and making amendments
- Updating progress in the system
- Providing smooth flow of work
- Remaining as a contact point for Client as well as for the group of translators
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- At least 1-year experience in translations or coordination of work
- Higher education or undergraduate (preferred field of study: Linguistics)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to work under deadlines and in a multitasking environment
- Attention to details and being meticulous
- Good organization of work
