Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients, an international company providing services around the world, we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position:
Travel Consultant with German
While working on this position you will be responsible for handling calls, mails and chat requests from customers, providing customer satisfaction by helping them plan & book their travel arrangements. Your tasks will include qualify and interpret customer need and provide customer satisfaction by helping them resolve their issues in a manner that will result in the highest levels of customer care, prompt issue resolution, and cost effectiveness.
The successful candidate should display a positive, enthusiastic and courteous attitude toward the company's products, services, rates, programs, policies and customers at all times. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills are required. The Candidate must speak fluent German and good English (Level B1- B2 is enough). The 6 to 12 months work experience, especially in Travel company is desirable, but this is a great chance as well for Graduates and Candidates who would like to gain experience in big and international Company.
