Web Content Editor

Main tasks:
We are looking for the The Web Content Editor for a project that will last 2-3 months.
The Web Content Editor is responsible for assisting with the roll-out of new pages for EMEA country websites. The ideal candidate will have experience of using content management systems (CMS) to update websites and be able to juggle multiple updates across multiple sites at any given time. Strong attention to detail is vital.
Responsibilities:
The company has recently transitioned sections of its country websites to a new page design within the Interwoven/Teamsite CMS. Key tasks for this role will include:
- using the content from translation files together with set templates within the CMS to create over 800 pages across multiple websites for 3 key sections – Industries, Capabilities and Products,
- create asset pages which include loading pre-created videos and images to the system to support these pages.
Additional tasks may include:
- creating images to support the new pages,
- supporting updates across the system.
Requirements:
- expert knowledge of website development including content management systems is crucial; experience in Interwoven/CMS would be preferred.
- a highly competent communicator – you need to be able to think strategically and deliver results as part of an international team,
- ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects,
- intermediate Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat knowledge,
- knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- fluent in English - you will be a part of the international team.
