Job description
Your duty would be preparation and execution the migration of desktop operations systems. Your responsibility would be executing all actions required to perform the end to end migration of users\' data, applications and configurations from the legacy systems to the new workstation operating systems including the file copping, encrypting, deploying the OSs and application installation.
Position purpose
Capgemini Cloud & Edge are looking for desktop support technicians with experience in migrating and supporting Windows 10 operating systems. We need customer service oriented desktop technicians who will assist in the migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 or Windows 10 to Windows 10 and provide post-migration support.
Your team
You will work in the Capgemini Cloud & Edge Project Consulting team based in Poland, being a part of a global Cloud & Edge Practice.
You will have the possibilities to exchange your knowledge and experience with other consultants, subject matter experts and architects across the globe in a variety of IT domains such as: data centers transformations, virtualization technology, public and private clouds, network, storage, automation, server operating systems, security, data and information protection, big data, business intelligence, data analytics and reports, artificial intelligence, etc.
