Capgemini Infrastructure Outsourcing Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. IOS has achieved great success and grown rapidly since the establishment of our first service center in Krakow six years ago. In 2006, we opened a second center in Katowice. Today, our team of 1,400 professionals delivers IT outsourcing services to 40 clients in 16 languages.
Currently, to our Infrastructure Outsourcing Services Centre in Katowice we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Windows Administrator

Job Description:
Systems administration and support
- As expert support and train all team members, improve knowledge database, write and update procedures and documentation,
- Solve complex problems and propose improvements within functioning of Windows server
- Defining and implementing technical changes (installation, parameter setting, configuration and integration),
- Taking part in “capacity planning”
- Defining system logical access controls and security solutions (logical security/antivirus/encryption),
- Controlling violations of access to networks/systems/applications and applying standards by audits,
- Conducting “tuning”: evaluating system performance, predicting saturations and forecasting workload build-ups.
Deployment
- Implementing deployment engineering,
- Specifying methods, techniques, tools, installation procedures, tests and operating procedures for mass changes of existing infrastructures,
- Planning operation with users and corporate services,
- Support all technician and administrators involved on requests and incidents management,
- Resolving deployment complex incidents.
Candidate's profile:
- Significant experience within Windows server administration
- Very good spoken and written English language
- Knowledge of German language would be an advantage
